About

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over six years’ experience in psychological counselling with adults, children and adolescents. I utilise a trauma-informed approach to therapy and I value collaborative and client-centered modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy. My goal is to help individuals build a more compassionate understanding of their circumstances and develop effective strategies for managing their experience in themselves and in the world.
