Services & Fees

Sessions can be conducted via video or phone. No face-to-face therapy appointments are available at present.

Individual therapy – Adult

Individual therapy sessions are conducted via video or phone and are 50-55 minutes long.

$200 per session

Out of pocket expense $58.15 for clients with a current Mental Health Care Plan ($141.85 rebate).

Individual therapy – Child

Individual therapy sessions are conducted via video or phone and are 50-55 minutes long. This cost includes my time spent contacting schools, other professionals or caregivers.

$215 per session

Out of pocket expense $73.15 for clients with a current Mental Health Care Plan ($141.85 rebate).

Parenting support

Parenting support (skills training) sessions are conducted via video or phone and are 50-55 minutes long. At least three sessions required. Cost includes assessments, resources and communication between sessions.

Supervision

As a board-approved supervisor, I am also able to offer supervision to other psychologists. I work collaboratively with a warm and approachable style that also aims to help you grow as a therapist by providing helpful and honest feedback.

NDIS

As a registered NDIS provider, I am able to provide sessions funded by your NDIS plan.

$222.99 per session (no out of pocket expense)

Funding

Mental Health Care Plan

Australians are able to access Medicare rebate for sessions when they have a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). This allows for 10 sessions per calendar year for anyone with a current mental health diagnosis.

MHCP rebate for clinical psychologists is currently $141.85 per session. This remainder of the session fee will be payable out-of-pocket.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

For those with a current NDIS plan, we are able to bill sessions that provide treatment for your disability (in accordance with plan provisions). NDIS currently allows up to $222.99 per psychology session. There is no out-of-pocket cost for NDIS clients.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

For clients with DVA membership, sessions will be funded through you DVA plan. DVA currently pays $234.20 per 50min+ clinical psychology session. There is no out-of-pocket cost for DVA clients.

Healthy Minds

Some clients may be eligible for sessions under the Healthy Minds referral pathway, provided through the Head to Health initiative. Clients in certain disadvantaged or at-risk community groups can apply for 10 sessions of therapy per financial year. These include individuals in northern NSW who are:

  • At moderate risk of suicide (up to 20 sessions)
  • Impacted by extreme climatic events (e.g. flooding or bushfire)
  • At risk of homelessness
  • Experiencing financial disadvantage (up to 6 sessions)
  • Impacted by domestic and family violence
  • The LGBTQI+ community
  • Perinatal parents
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
  • From culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

There is no out-of pocket cost for Healthy Minds sessions.
