Bookings
- Bookings require full payment to be made at the time of booking
- Payment will be refunded if booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before session
- Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged $100 cancellation fee
- Bookings that are not attended (“no shows”) will be charged the full session fee
- Bookings require card details to be provided to allow payments to be processed online for subsequent appointments
- Payments processed via Halaxy, secure practice management software
- After your first online booking, you will be emailed a patient intake form which you will be required to complete before your first session. Please complete this form as soon as possible after receiving it.
